Housing Transition and Tenancy Sustainability Service (HTTS)
The HTTS service is provided to a person(s) looking to move into their own living environment within their community. The service develops budgets, assessments, plans, and assist the people we support with finding housemates, if needed, for affordability.
Once a safe and affordable living environment is obtained, the service assists with sustaining the environment for the duration of the lease. HTTS assists with SNAP, LiHeap and other utility resources, education on being a good tenant and neighbor, and overall sustaining on the home.
